Do I have to weigh myself?
Nope. Weight is completely optional. We track biofeedback like energy, sleep, digestion, bloating, mood, and waist measurements — because those metrics reflect real change far better than a scale ever could.
Is this a restrictive diet or cleanse?
Absolutely not. This is the opposite of restriction. You'll eat real, satisfying food built around your custom macros. No banned food groups, no juice fasts, no cleanses. Just foundational habits that actually work.
What if I've never tracked macros before?
Perfect — Week 1 is all about preparation. We'll walk you through everything: how to calculate, track, and (most importantly) understand your macros so it feels doable, not overwhelming.
How much time will this take each day?
The daily protocol is simple and designed to fit into a real, busy life. Most participants spend 5–10 minutes on tracking + reflection, plus their normal movement and meals. It's designed for sustainability, not stress.
