The 4-Week Journey
Week 1 — Preparation | We build your personalized plan. Walk through a baseline intake, receive your custom nutrition protocol, take your baseline measurements, stock your kitchen, and prepare your body for success before the protocol begins.
Weeks 2 & 3 — The 14-Day Protocol | Follow your custom nutrition plan while focusing on the simple daily habits that reduce bloating, support digestion, improve energy, and regulate your nervous system.
Week 4 — Integration | This is the week most challenges skip.
Learn how to transition these habits into your real life so you don't end the challenge wondering... "Now what?"
You'll leave with a sustainable plan that keeps you feeling your best long after the challenge ends.

Why We Created the Regulate & Glow Challenge

Early this summer, I got home from traveling and felt completely unlike myself.
It's pretty typical to feel a little off after a trip, but this was beyond that.
I was puffy. Bloated. Inflamed. My digestion was off. I was exhausted.

And here's the thing...
I already eat well. I strength train consistently. I prioritize my health every single day.

I knew I hadn't suddenly gained 3 pounds of body fat in a week. My body was simply telling me it needed support.

So instead of jumping into another "detox" or doing something extreme, I went back to the exact foundations I teach my clients every day:

Is this a restrictive diet or cleanse?

During the 14-day protocol, we'll ask you to prioritize foods that support digestion, reduce inflammation, and help your body feel its best while temporarily limiting a few foods that commonly contribute to bloating or digestive symptoms.
This isn't about restriction forever. That's exactly why Week 4 is dedicated to integration—so you can confidently bring flexibility back into your life without feeling like you're starting over.

What if I've never tracked macros before?
Perfect! During your intake, we'll determine the approach that's best for you.
Some participants will receive custom macros, while others will follow a simple meal guideline instead. You'll never be forced to track macros if it's not the right fit for you.
Our goal is to give you a personalized plan that feels sustainable—not overwhelming.
How much time consuming is this challenge?
The challenge is designed to fit into a real, busy life.
Each day you'll complete your normal meals and movement, along with a few simple nervous system practices woven throughout your day. 
Nothing is complicated or time-consuming. The goal is to help you build habits that feel realistic enough to continue long after the challenge ends.
What if I fall off during the challenge?
That's exactly what this challenge is designed to help you navigate. We teach you how to break the all-or-nothing cycle — so missing a day becomes information, not failure. You'll have community, coaches, and tools to keep going.
